CEMBUREAU publishes position paper on NOx & SO2 trading

CEMBUREAU has published a position paper on Entec’s study on NO_x & SO₂ trading, identifying a clear error in the Business-as-Usual (BAUⁱ) and REFERENCE SCENARIO emission assumptions for the cement sector.
