ETS: new registry rules adopted by Commission

On 18 November 2011, the European Commission formally adopted the registry rules of the EU Emission Trading Scheme (ETSⁱ). These were published in the Official Journal on 29 November and entered into force on 30 November. The delivery of allowances to the European Investment Bank will follow in due course.
