EU Finance Miniters adopt climate finance commitments progress report

A progress report on climate finance commitments made by EU Member States and the European Commission to developing countries for the period 2010-12 was adopted by European finance ministers earlier this month. The report says that the EU is ‘on track’ to meet its €2.4bn climate funding pledge. Some 25 Member States have made individual commitments, though the report declines to detail how much funding each country has pledged.
